The hotel has decent looks however I cannot say this is a professional one. The hotel does not have a restaurant, there are no 24 hours running hot-water facility - you need to call the reception desk and ask them to turn on water heaters, the towels provided are not new and are torn. People at the reception frequently turn off the A/C with the master switch at the reception. The tiles in the room were broken and unchanged and the toiletries were not working properly. The housekeeping staff were polite.

I stayed in this Hotel for 4 nights since my daughter was admitted in the nearby hospital. This hotel is near to lakshmi Madavan and Rose Mary Hospital. They have clean rooms with towels and soap. There is No resturant in their hotel. We can buy some snacks and drinks in the nearby super market which is located in front of the hotel. The room boy is buying food from nearby hotels. They do not have enough room boys to perform the customer service in time. But the Reception staff Mr.Raman and Permal are doing wonderful customer service.The free wifi is working fine. But it is very slow.They have enough free parking. It seems that the management is not putting enough room boys to operate this facility. Good hotel for hospital customers and one night stay Travellers,. The price is high when we compare the location and facility of this Hotel.

Nice hotel located near the main market in Tirunelveli. Stayed here for 3 nights and the stay was pleasant and safe. Found it online and booked it over phone and got a 10% corporate discount. Would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers.

This hotel was a wonderful night for our stay over in Tirunelveli. Don't expect any fancy frills for the price one pays but there's a lot more one gets - spotlessly clean rooms, wifi that works well, wonderful staff who are prompt with their service and delivery (one does not get food in the hotel but the staff wil buy whatever one wants from neighbouring hotels) and a lovely owner who was nice enough to send his driver with us to buy some Tirunelveli halwa

I stay in hotel on 17 june 2015.This is a new hotel. The room is well furnished.Beside hotel there is a restaurant.The hotel has big open carpark.Overall i give 4 star for this hotel.keep up your good work
